How do we localize global tech standards into a high-clarity Shanghai workspace?

For this high-tech headquarters in Shanghai, the challenge was to move beyond traditional office signage and create a space that functions as a physical extension of the brand’s digital DNA. Utilizing our Integrated Design Intelligence methodology, we framed the project as a structural alignment between tech sophistication and the physical navigation of its new Shanghai hub.

We delivered a comprehensive system of Office Signage, Wayfinding, and Environmental Graphic Design (EGD) that utilizes structural logic to guide movement while reinforcing brand identity at every touchpoint. By synthesizing branded elements with localized design nuances specific to the Shanghai context, we established a resilient operational architecture that feels both global in standard and local in character.

This dual focus on functional clarity and branded atmosphere allowed us to optimize the employee experience, ensuring that the environment serves as a high-performance tool for corporate culture. The final outcome provides systemic clarity, decisively elevating the workspace from a standard office to a high-fidelity brand environment.
