Pick a nostalgic icon to be the engine for global brand activation!
For the ORIGINS event in Hong Kong, we partnered with Président Professionnel and Classic Fine Foods to demonstrate how integrated design transforms a temporary activation into a high-value asset.
Utilizing our Integrated Design Intelligence methodology, we framed the problem as a structural challenge: how to house a radical, chef-driven menu—featuring avant-garde flavors like Japanese beer and garlic—within a framework that was both approachable and operationally resilient.
We answered this by executing a comprehensive "disguise" for a standard ice-cream fridge.
We reimagined it as a sophisticated, Mr. Softee-inspired truck. This served as the primary anchor for a singular, resilient operational architecture that unified every touchpoint: from the ice-cream cups and tags to the menus and leaflets.
By applying structural logic to the physical unit and creative synthesis to the visual deliverables, we bridged the gap between street-food nostalgia and the precision required by high-end chefs.
The piece delivered such predictable effectiveness that it was saved and rebuilt for the Singapore activation, proving that a well-calibrated design system can optimize budget expenditure while decisively elevating brand quality across borders.
